This green goddess dressing is creamy, vibrant, and packed with fresh herbs. Inspired by the classic 1927 recipe, my version adds yogurt, extra herbs, and a squeeze of lemon for a bright, flavorful twist.

This month, we’re making one of my all-time favorite bowl recipes: Hot Honey Chicken Bowls. The chicken is cut into bite-sized pieces, coated in panko, then baked until crispy. It’s served in a bowl with rice, coleslaw, sweet pickles (if you love them), and a generous drizzle of sriracha honey mayo.

Feel free to swap chicken breasts for the thighs if you prefer them.
