📌 Week 10 • Your Dinners for the Week Ahead

After last week's big cookout, I wanted to bring things back to a light, fresh state. This week is all about the best of summer produce: smoky grilled salmon, peanutty chicken skewers, a bright Mediterranean orzo, and a cherry salad that tastes like the season in a bowl.

Here's what's on the menu this week:

  • Grilled cedar plank salmon: Salmon grilled on a cedar plank until smoky and flaky, then topped with a fresh avocado-peach salsa. It looks impressive but is surprisingly simple to pull off.
  • Thai chicken skewers with peanut satay sauce: Juicy marinated chicken grilled until charred, with a creamy, savory-sweet peanut sauce for dipping. The kind of dinner that feels like a treat.
  • Mediterranean orzo salad: Tender orzo with juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumber, briny olives, and salty feta in a zippy lemon vinaigrette. Fresh enough for dinner, and even better packed up for lunch.
  • Fresh cherry salad with arugula: Sweet summer cherries and peppery arugula with creamy goat cheese and candied pecans. Cool, crunchy, and just a little unexpected.

Hope this brings a little brightness to your week and makes good use of all that summer fruit.

Here is the complete grocery list for this week. 💛
