๐Ÿ“Œ Week 16 โ€ข Your Dinners for the Week Ahead

This week brings back a few favorites in fresh forms: bright grilled lemon garlic chicken, glossy balsamic pork chops, crispy bang bang shrimp, and a cool cucumber salad to tie it all together. A little bit of everything, and all of it easy.

Here's what's on the menu this week:

  • โ€‹Lemon garlic chicken: Chicken soaked in a bright lemon-garlic marinade, then grilled until juicy with charred, golden edges. The marinade does all the work, so every bite is fresh and full of flavor.
  • โ€‹Balsamic pork chops: Pork chops seared until golden, then simmered in a glossy balsamic sauce that's sweet, tangy, and deeply savory. One pan, twenty-five minutes, and it tastes like so much more.
  • โ€‹Bang bang shrimp: Crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy, sweet-and-spicy sauce, crunchy outside and tender within. They come together in twenty minutes and disappear even faster.
  • โ€‹Creamy cucumber salad: Crisp cucumbers in a cool, creamy dressing with plenty of black pepper. Five minutes flat, and the perfect refreshing bite next to anything rich.

Hope this week gives you a few easy dinners to look forward to.
