📌 Week 18 • Your Dinners for the Week Ahead

This week is all about the oven: crispy-skinned chicken thighs, juicy baked pork chops, golden shrimp tacos, and a classic Caesar to round it all out. Cozy, hands-off cooking for the first cooler nights of the season.

Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

  • Baked chicken thighs: Bone-in chicken thighs get coated in a smoky-savory spice blend, then roasted at high heat until the skin turns shatteringly crisp. The meat stays impossibly juicy underneath, no fuss required.
  • Juicy baked pork chops: Pork chops get rubbed with a warm, smoky spice blend and baked low and slow enough to stay completely tender. No searing required, just a hot oven and twenty minutes.
  • Crispy sheet-pan shrimp tacos: Seasoned shrimp, melty cheese, and crunchy cabbage are folded into tortillas and baked until golden and crisp. They land somewhere between a taco and a quesadilla, in the best way.
  • Caesar salad: Crisp romaine gets tossed in a creamy, garlicky homemade dressing, then finished with golden croutons and shaved parmesan. The kind of classic side that goes with absolutely everything.

Hope this week’s lineup makes the oven feel like the easiest part of your kitchen.

Here is the complete grocery list for this week. 💛
